Compensation measures for the I Dream of Mog Bonanza 2019 issues of Jan. 11, 2019 will be implemented as follows.

- The Bonanza Moogle NPC was temporarily removed from the game between Jan. 11, 2019 0:00 to 0:48 (PST). Players who erroneously redeemed their Bonanza Marbles for incorrect numbers during this period may recover their Bonanza Marbles by speaking to the NPC Bonanza Reissuer at the following locations for a limited time.
Bonanza Reissuer locations: Port San d'Oria (I-9) / Port Bastok (L-8) / Port Windurst (F-6) / Chocobo Circuit (H-8)

Compensation period: After the Feb. 8, 2019 maintenance to Apr. 30, 2019 7:59 (PDT).

*As the effects of the exchange situation are minimal, players may keep any erroneously redeemed prizes.

*Players who erroneously discarded their Bonanza Marbles due to the incorrect numbers will not be able to recover Bonanza Marbles from the compensation NPC. Please place an in-game GM call for assistance, as we will be handling compensation for these players separately.

- We are extending the appearance of the prize-exchange NPC Bonanza Moogle as follows. Please trade in Bonanza Marbles to the Bonanza Moogle before the time below to receive your prize.
