Version 1.11.9 Update and Maintenance Announcement

Thank you for supporting Romancing SaGa Re;univerSe.

The update for version 1.11.9 was completed on Tuesday 08/25/2020 12:00 UTC.

Currently, there is an issue where it is impossible to log into the game after the version update to v1.11.9 on iOS when the system language is in French or other certain languages.

This issue will be fixed shortly, and we suggest players who have yet to update the game avoid updating to the latest version (v1.11.9).
Even without updating to the latest version, players can still log in and enjoy the game.

・If you have finished the version update and is facing the issue mentioned above with your iOS version above 13, you can solve this issue temporarily according to the following steps:
1. Go to Settings > General > Language & Region
2. Tap [Add Language]
3. Add any language
4. Choose to keep original language
5. Go back to Settings
6. Scroll down and find SaGa RS
7. Tap [Language]
8. Choose English, Traditional Chinese or Korean
9. Log in the game again
*This change won't affect your phone's system language nor the in-game language.

As compensation for the extended maintenance, we will be giving out the following items:
- 300 jewels
*The compensation will be sent directly to your Present Box.

Regarding the 1.11.9 version update, there is an issue where it is impossible to log into the game after the version update on iOS when the system language is in French or other certain languages. The server maintenance will thus be extended to ensure game quality. We thank you for your patience during this time.
