Known Issues (Jul. 12) (Updated: Dec. 25, 6:20 a.m. PST)

Thank you for playing DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY NT / DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY NT Free Edition.

We have confirmed the following issue as of the update on Jul. 3, 2019.

[Known Issue]
When using the DLC character “Tifa Lockhart” in online mode, the starting class rank will not update correctly and will instead start in Bronze rank.

[Affected Players]
Players who meet all of the following conditions will be affected:

- Purchased and used the DLC character "Tifa Lockhart"
- Linked to Arcade mode or connected to Online mode between Mar. 12, 2019 and the Jun. 6, 2019 update
- Did not play online between Jun. 6, 2019 and the Jul. 3, 2019.
- Installed the Jul. 3, 2019 update

[Scheduled Update]
We are working to address the issue in an update in early August 2019.

[Class Status After the Update]
Tifa Lockhart will be restored to the appropriate class rank.

- If Tifa Lockhart is lower than the starting class rank at the time of the fix, class points will not be retained and will start from 0 in the relevant class.

- If Tifa Lockhart is higher than the starting class rank at the time of the fix, class rank and class points will be retained.

However, if Tifa Lockhart was higher than the minimum ranking of the relevant class at any point after the Jul. 3, 2019 update but later received a ranking below the minimum ranking, the class and class points at time of the update will still be retained.

[Character Data After the Update]
Character level, number of victories, and victory percentages will be carried over.
