[Resolved] Ongoing Network Issues (Updated Aug. 24 8:00 a.m. PDT)

Since yesterday, we have been experiencing network issues that prevented players from accessing the MOBIUS FINAL FANTASY NE version.

We are happy to announce that as of today, 2:00 a.m. PDT (UTC-7), players are able to access the servers as normal again.
Furthermore, we are still investigating the cause of this issue.
As an apology for this issue, we will be sending the following compensation to all players.

■ Detail: Magicite x 500
■ Period: As soon as the preparation is complete, until Sept. 1, 12:59 a.m. PDT (UTC-7)
Once the preparation is complete, the item will be delivered to your present box.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we thank you for your understanding.

We have confirmed an ongoing network issue that is occurring mainly in the North American region. Due to this issue, certain players are currently unable to connect to the game.

Please note that it's been confirmed that there are no issues with the servers in charge of running the NE version of MOBIUS FINAL FANTASY.

If you are currently experiencing this error, we recommend waiting and trying again at a later time.
