If you are unable to delete your FINAL FANTASY Portal and/or Triple Triad accounts via Account Deletion, please use one of the two forms provided in the links below.

However, if you are able to log into the FINAL FANTASY Portal app, use the Account Deletion option located in the top-right corner of the main menu, under Settings.
If you are able to log into Triple Triad, use the Account Deletion option located on the game’s start screen.

If you are still unable to access Account Deletion despite being logged in, please use the forms below.
