I purchased Rubies, but they are not showing on my account.

If you have purchased Rubies and they have not yet shown up on your account, please try the troubleshooting steps below:

- Confirm if you were actually billed for the Rubies. (via Google Play / App Store, or through your billing agency).

- Wait 24 hours, then see if the Rubies show up.
