I can't transfer data from a backup.

If users have an account that is already linked to a platform, or if they previously registered a Transfer ID/Password, it is possible to continue playing the game by following the steps below.

(1) Re-install "DRAGON QUEST The Adventure of Dai: A Hero’s Bonds"
(2) Select the appropriate account or select to transfer with an ID/Pass when "Account Selection" is displayed after starting the app.

*Please note that that the Transfer ID/Password is valid for a limited time (7 days).
