Will I be informed by the SQUARE ENIX store when my physical copy has shipped?

Yes, you should receive an email from the Square Enix Store alerting you that your order has changed to a shipped status. Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are experiencing supply chain irregularities, which means that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

To find out the latest information on your order, please visit the Square Enix Store, log in to your account and click on the Order tab. We are doing our absolute best to ensure your copy arrives on April 10.
