I ordered a physical copy of the game but am not guaranteed to get it on April 10 due to the COVID-19 situation. Can SQUARE ENIX provide me a digital code instead?
We are doing everything we can to ensure that everyone receives their physical copy of FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE by April 10. Digital codes can only be purchased on the PlayStation Store so, unfortunately, we cannot sell you a digital version of the game.
