I ordered a physical copy of the game but am not guaranteed to get it on April 10 due to the COVID-19 situation. Can SQUARE ENIX provide me a digital code instead?
Up until the time that your game ships, you can cancel your order and purchase a digital code for FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE. Please contact the SQUARE ENIX Store to cancel your order and then visit the PlayStation Store to purchase a digital version of the game.
