We are working to ensure that everyone receives their copy of FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE by April 10. However, due to the COVID-19 situation, there is a lot of uncertainty in the global supply chain right now- especially in those countries that have been impacted by quarantine and stay-at-home policies. Accordingly, we will be shipping retail copies of the game to European and ANZ earlier than usual and we expect to begin shipping retail copies to North and South America later this week. This has resulted in a situation where some retailers in Europe who have shorter supply chain logistics have already begun receiving their copies. We have requested that retailers hold to the April 10 street date.

Due to the unique situation we are now in, we cannot provide delivery dates for each country and each retailer. We suggest that you check with your local retailer for game delivery and pick-up information.
