Missing Pre-order Bonuses
Please note, the special DLC Mirages, Johnny Cactuar and Crimson Armor were only offered to customers that pre-ordered THE WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY: Collector's Edition via the SQUARE ENIX Online Store (pre-orders must have had to have been submitted BEFORE 2016/10/25).
In regards to the PS4 Theme, that was only offered to those that have pre-ordered a copy of THE WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY exclusively via the PSN Store (pre-orders must have had to have been submitted BEFORE 2016/10/25). If your order was placed on the SQUARE ENIX Online Store, you would not be eligible to receive the exclusive PS4 Theme.
