[iOS] I am having connection issues with the iOS version.
If you are receiving connection error messages when trying to login to your Game Center account, please try the following suggestions:
- Reset your device (iPhone or iPad). Press and hold Sleep/Wake button and Home button together for TEN (10) seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings using Settings > General > Reset All Settings.
- Reset network settings using Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. You will then need to re-enter your WiFi password.
Please note, if you have multiple Apple store accounts or IDs, you must make sure you are logged into the same Store account/Apple ID in Settings > iTunes & App Store.
If it is not working, then please go to Settings > Game Center. Tap your Apple ID and press sign out. Reset your iPhone or iPad and sign back in.
