Can I change the voice over and subtitles from Japanese to a another language?

The language and subtitles can be switched between Japanese and English.

When starting a new game you will be able to make the following selections.
Voice over: Japanese or English
Subtitles: Japanese, English, German, French, or Spanish
The voiceover language can be changed through the option menu at any time during gameplay. However, please note that the subtitle cannot be changed once a selection has been made at the beginning of the game.
