Is it possible to play the app on multiple devices with the same account?
Yes. You can play the app on multiple devices as long as you have previously logged in to the Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) accounts.
Sharing on devices with the same OS:
Menu > ETC > Save File Sharing > Share between iOS/Android Devices
Sharing between devices with different OSes:
Menu > ETC > Save File Sharing > Issue One-Time Password > Share between devices with different OSes
Sharing on devices with the same OS:
Menu > ETC > Save File Sharing > Share between iOS/Android Devices
