The Magicite that I have purchased are not reflecting on to my account.

If the Magicite are not reflecting properly, please make sure that the purchase order had gone through properly, then try to restart the app and/or give it some time to reflect.

If the purchase order went through properly and have not received the Magicite, please contact the Square Enix Support Center by clicking the "Additional Assistance" below.
