The app crashes while I am playing it.

Please consult the possible solutions below if you experience crashes while playing the app:

- Fully close any other apps that may be running in the background.
- If your wallpaper's file size is large, please remove it.
*Please be sure to close apps through the task screen by tapping HOME button twice, rather than suspending the app.

- Go to 'Safari' in the Settings menu delete your History, Cookie, and Cache.

- Storing large amounts of data in your smartphone may increase the chances for an error to occur.
Please delete any app, image, or sound file that is no longer needed.

- Turn off the power on your smartphone and turn it back on after a few minutes.
*If you are usure of how to operate your device, please contact the support for that device.

- Check your iOS version. If it is not running on the latest version, please update it.
*Please do so only after you have confirmed the app's compatability on your device.

If the above troubleshoots do not resolve the customer's issue, please advise them to delete the app and reinstall it.
*Save data is stored on the server so it will not be lost when the app is deleted.
