I cannot enter my serial code.
If you are having trouble entering your serial code, please check:
- Have you used half-width alphanumeric characters?
- Have you entered the code without hyphens?
*Using full-width characters will limit the number of characters you can enter to 15.
If you cannot enter the last character of the code, please make sure you enter the code manually (half-width) without using predictive text.
*If you encounter problems entering half-width characters, copy the serial code into a text/email message, recopy it and paste it back on to the form. If you are still somehow unable to register the code, please contact us with the following information:
- Your customer code
- Team name
- The type of code you want to register
- The specific error message.
- The serial code you cannot enter.
