The Emergency Removal Password allows you to forcibly remove a Software Token application from your account in situations where you cannot log in with a One-Time Password, such as if your smartphone is lost or stolen. Please make sure to note your Emergency Removal Password following registration of a Software token and store it in a safe place—the Emergency Removal Password can only be accessed after you log in to your SQUARE ENIX Account.
