Is it okay for me to remove the Software Token if I no longer play FINAL FANTASY XI / FINAL FANTASY XIV?

Yes, you are welcome to remove the Software Token if you no longer play the game. Please note that you will need to go through the removal process to remove the Software Token from your SQUARE ENIX account.

If you lost the Emergency Removal Password, you will need to contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center for assistance to remove the token from the account. Please use the form below to request support from the SQUARE ENIX Support Center.
