The app crashed while I was hunting and I lost my hunting ticket and guardians acquired during the hunt.

Unfortunately, the ticket is consumed as normal and any guardians you acquired during the hunt will be lost if the app crashes in this situation. Please ensure the following to prevent the game from crashing:

 

- Close out any app that may be running in the background.
- If your wallpaper file size is large or is animated, please remove it.
*Please be sure to close apps through the task screen by tapping the HOME button twice, rather than suspending the app.
- Go to ‘Safari’ in the Settings menu and delete your History, Cookie, and Cache.
- Storing large amounts of data in your smartphone may increase the chances for an error to occur. Please delete any app, image, or sound file that is no longer needed.
- Please ensure that your device has more than 2GB of available space.
- Turn off the power on your smartphone and turn it back on after a few minutes.
* If you are unsure of how to operate your device, please contact the manufacturer’s support for that device.

 

If the above troubleshoots do not resolve the issue, please delete the app and reinstall it.
*Save data is stored on the server so it will not be lost when the app is deleted.
