I'm receiving the message "There are no valid service accounts" when I try to log into the game.

The service account in question has been temporarily or permanently suspended at the discretion of SQUARE ENIX. Listed below are the main reasons why a service account would be suspended.


- An action taken by the account is in violation of the FINAL FANTASY XI User Agreement

- Account found to be committing Prohibited Activities within FINAL FANTASY XI


- Actions taken by the account are in violation of the FINAL FANTASY XIV User Agreement

- Account found to be committing Prohibited Activities within FINAL FANTASY XIV

- To prevent damage from unauthorized access
