If your game subscription period is extended, recurring billing for fixed-rate services, such as the retainer service or Companion app premium plan, will be suspended automatically. This may happen after registering a license for a new platform and receiving a 30-day free play period, or after adding game time with a Game Time Card.

To resume these services, log in to Mog Station and subscribe again under Additional Paid Options by selecting Retainer Service or Companion App.
