I registered my PlayStation™Network(PSN) account to the wrong Square Enix ID.

If you linked your PlayStation Network (PSN) account to the wrong SQUARE ENIX ID, we will have to confirm your identity as the account holder first and analyze the case to determine if support is possible. If you would like to request assistance, please follow these steps:

 1) Use the Unlink PSN Account Support Form here: https://sqex.to/seunlink (This form can only be accessed through a computer browser. If you are using a smartphone, please use a computer.)
 2) The "Terms of Service" and "Contact Detail Entry Fields" will be displayed. Fill out all required fields and click "Next."
 3) Confirm that the details were entered correctly and click "Send."

If you used the wrong PlayStation Network account, we can not provide any support. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
