If you purchase coins and they are not reflected in the game, try closing the app and then re-launching it a few minutes later to see if the coins have been added.
If the purchased coins are still missing, our team at Square Enix will investigate the matter. In order to do so, please provide the information listed below which can be found on your iTunes receipt from the day the issue occurred. In addition, please obtain your Team Name as shown in the 'Records' menu and your 'Query Code' (by clicking on 'Queries') from the app. Next, choose the 'Fees/Points' category on the query page, followed by 'Fees' and click send.
