I can’t transfer over backup data.
If you had backed up any data beforehand, you can use the following steps to recover the data and continue playing from where you left off.
(1) Reinstall Dragon Quest of the Stars.
(2) Select “Continue”, which displays when you run the application for the first time.
(3) Login using the SQUARE ENIX Account ID/Password you used to perform the backup and transfer the data.
If you can’t transfer data even after performing the steps above, please review the information below.
■If you have not transferred data from your SNS account to a SQUARE ENIX Account, please refer to “I can’t transfer data from my SNS account (Twitter, Google, Facebook)”.
■If you have made a backup using a SQUARE ENIX Account but are unable to transfer the data, please refer to “I can’t transfer data using my SQUARE ENIX Account”.
If you still cannot transfer data after trying the above, please contact us from here.
*When you contact us, please use the Dragon Quest of the Stars application on the device from which the data disappeared.
