I can’t transfer data using my Square Enix Account

If you had backed up any data using your Square Enix Account, you can use the following steps to recover the data and continue playing from where you left off.

(1) Reinstall Dragon Quest of the Stars.
(2) Select “Continue”, which displays when you run the application for the first time.
(3) Login using the Square Enix Account ID/Password you used to perform the backup and transfer the data.

If you can’t transfer data even after performing the steps above, please review the information below.

■Incorrectly entered Square Enix Account ID/Password
 →Please check to make sure there are no mistakes in the ID/Password entered.
  ・If you are unsure about your ID, please enter the e-mail address you registered to your Square Enix Account.
  ・If you are unsure about your e-mail address, please change the registered email address here. (PC only)
  ・If you are unsure about your password, please confirm here.

■Unable to transfer from the account used as a backup to the Square Enix Account.
→If you had been using an SNS account to back up data in the past, there is a possibility that transfer to the Square Enix Account has not been completed.
  As a precaution, please try transferring to your Square Enix Account from here.

If you still cannot transfer data after trying the above, please contact us from here.
*When you contact us, please use the Dragon Quest of the Stars application on the device from which the data disappeared.
