I can’t transfer data from my SNS account (Twitter, Google, Facebook)

If you backed up any data using an SNS account (Twitter, Google, Facebook) in the past, it is necessary to transfer the data to a SQUARE ENIX Account.

If you have not yet transferred to a SQUARE ENIX Account, please follow the instructions on this site in order to do so.

*If you do not have a SQUARE ENIX Account, you will first need to newly register one here.

*When creating an account, please do so from a web browser.

After transferring to a SQUARE ENIX Account, use the following steps to recover the backup data and continue playing where you left off.

(1) Reinstall Dragon Quest of the Stars.
(2) Select “Continue”, which displays when you run the application for the first time.
(3) Transfer the data from your SQUARE ENIX Account.

If you still cannot transfer data after trying the above, please contact us from here.
*When you contact us, please use the Dragon Quest of the Stars application on the device from which the data disappeared.
