Can I transfer my data to a different device and continue playing the game?

If you have previously registered and backed-up your data from the in-app menu Data Backup -> SQUARE ENIX Account, you can continue playing from your previously saved data.

Upon your first login after reinstalling the app, follow the instructions after "Continue" appears on the screen.

Please be advised that you will not be able to continue your saved data without backing up your data prior to deleting the app.

*If your device is being returned/sold, please ensure that the device's backed-up account is not left behind.

【How to Unlink the Backup Data】
・From the title screen or "Menu", select the Data Backup, and go to "Unlink Account".
・Delete/Uninstall app.
