How do I back up my data?
Please follow the steps below to perform a back up of your game data.
1. While in-game, tap "Menu."
2. Tap "Other."
3. Under the "Support" field, tap "Back up Data."
* You must register your data on SQUARE ENIX BRIDGE in order to perform a backup.
If you have not registered your data on SQUARE ENIX BRIDGE yet, please follow the steps below to complete the registration.
1. While in-game, tap "Menu" and then "Other."
2. Under the "Support" field, tap "Back Up Data."
3. In the confirmation window that pops up, tap "Register."
4. The app will open the Square Enix BRIDGE website. Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions and cautions displayed in the page, then scroll down to the bottom and tap "Accept Terms and Conditions and Register Using SQUARE ENIX MEMBERS."
5. Log in with your Square Enix account, Square Enix Members account, or other account listed in the login page.
6. Your save data will now be associated with the account you logged in with. If you wish to continue your game from the same point on another device, please log in with the same account.
* If you wish to disassociate your game data from your account, or wish to change the account that the game data is registered to, tap "Other" in the in-game menu and then tap "Back Up Data." In the Square Enix BRIDGE page, tap on the button that applies to your situation.
