[PS4] My game has crashed/shutdown unexpectedly.
We recommend the following troubleshooting solutions that may resolve the error you are experiencing:
1) Restart the system and try again. Make sure the latest game patches and PS4 system software has been installed.
2) If the crashing persists, re-download the game and try again.
3) If the crashes still persist, you will have to re-install the PS4 system software. Go to "Settings", then to "Initialization", and choose "Initialize PS4." Please ensure that you have backed your data before doing this.
