If you have purchased Jewels and they have not yet shown up on your account, please try the troubleshooting steps below:
· Confirm if you were actually billed for the Jewels. (via Google Play / App Store, or through your billing agency).
· Wait 24 hours, then navigate to the in-game Shop to see if the Jewels show up.
