End of service and refund inquiries

It is with heavy heart that we will be concluding service for STAR OCEAN: ANAMNESIS Global Version as of November 5, 2019 9:00 pm (PT) / November 6, 2019 5:00 am (UTC).

As of August 6, 2019, in-app purchases will be disabled. Gems already purchased prior to the end of Gem sales will still be usable until the end of service. Players may continue to obtain all STAR OCEAN characters, including holiday versions, by playing certain missions. We hope you continue to enjoy building up your squads and participating in multiplayer co-op battles until the end of service.

In regards to any inquiries regarding the refund of purchases, unfortunately, your request will ultimately need to be fulfilled by Google or Apple. All transactions go through the Google Play Store and iTunes App Store themselves, so any and all Android or Apple refund requests are at the discretion of Google and Apple according to their purchase and refund policies respectively.

If Google and Apple have already notified you that a refund will not be available, then no further assistance can be provided. As per the SQUARE ENIX Terms of Service, all in-app transactions are considered final and non-refundable.
