If you did not link your account and need help recovering your account, please follow the steps below:
1) Create a new account on the device that you would like to recover the original account to.
2) Click here to fill out the Account Recovery Request form.
a. Alternatively, press the “Additional Assistance” button below, and set the Contact Category to “Account/Billing” and the Contact Sub-category to “Account Recovery".
