We have confirmed a bug in SYMPHONICA version 1.0.1 that deletes save data and are currently investigating the cause. In order to prevent the loss of data, players are urged to enable the iCloud backup feature. Doing so will result in save data automatically being backed up whenever the game is launched. We regret that we are unable to restore any data that has already been lost due to this bug.
To enable the iCloud backup feature, please follow the below steps:
1. Set the iCloud Backup option to ON under Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
2. From the same Storage & Backup menu, select the Back Up Now option.
The above will both create a backup of your save data and begin the automated backup process every time the game is launched. Though automatic and manual iCloud backup options are available, preferred times cannot be set when using the former. For this reason, restored data may be somewhat older than the most recent save data, depending on the time at which the backup was made.
