Following the launch of the World Transfer Service, we have been experiencing a much higher volume of traffic than originally anticipated. This is creating difficulties in the retrieval of character data necessary for world transfers. In the event that you are able to successfully retrieve your character data and submit a request via the web form, your request will be placed in a queue for processing. However, given the current situation, players are unlikely to be able to successfully retrieve character data and utilize this service.
We are currently conducting investigations and preparing countermeasures to address this issue. Our current estimate for resolution is within 12-24 hours.
