An update to KeyringSWF(Flash) was performed to address the issue wherein customers who have Flash Player 11.3 installed on their Firefox browser are unable to view e-books they have purchased.
As a result, Firefox users will be able to resolve the issue by updating KeyringSWF(Flash) to the latest version.
