Support System Maintenance (Feb. 24)
We will be performing maintenance on the Support System at the time below, during which certain services will be affected. See below for details.
[Support Center]
- The Support Center Website will be unavailable during maintenance.
*You will still be able to reply to emails already sent by the Support Center.
[In-game Support Desk]
-Service may be used as normal.
[Support Operations]
-During maintenance, both the GM service and the Support Center will not be able to handle any inquiries.
We will resume handling after the maintenance has ended, in the order inquiries were received.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you for your understanding.
