Currently, the Character Reactivation Service is temporarily suspended in accordance with the transfer of the Square Enix account. We originally announced that the service will be reinstated around late August, 2011. Unfortunately, the reinstatement will take longer than we expected due to difficulties that we are experiencing with the operations. We currently do not have an estimated time for when the service will be reinstated.
We will follow-up on the matter once we have a better idea on when the service can be reinstated.
