Known Issue for FFXV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES for Xbox One (Dec. 14)
We have confirmed an issue occurring in which players who purchased the Xbox One version of the FINAL FANTASY XV ROYAL EDITION cannot perform the free download of FFXV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES.
Though we are working to correct the issue, we expect some delays until it is fixed. We thank you for your patience until FFXV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES becomes available to download allowing you to transfer your data.
Players who purchased FINAL FANTASY XV's Digital Premium Edition, Season Pass, or FFXV MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES for Xbox are able to perform a free download or transfer of FFXV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES without issue.
In addition, PlayStation®4 users are also able to perform a free download and transfer of FFXV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES without issue, regardless of the package.
