▼Temporary suspension of service
Due to the large-scale system modifications that will be implemented during the renewal update, current service will be temporarily suspended starting 2:00 p.m., March 30, 2017 (AEDT).
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to players currently using the service.
▼Regarding the resetting of game data
Because the update will involve changes/additions to game parameters and game balance adjustments, transferring pre-update data to the game after the renewal will not realistically be feasible from a technical standpoint.
Therefore, all pre-update data is scheduled to be reset after the renewal, and all users will be asked to start the game anew.
We apologize for this necessity, and ask for your patience and understanding.
Some form of in-game compensation will be provided to all users playing the game before the suspension of service.
Details regarding compensation will be announced once they are confirmed.
●Regarding the transfer of Regalite
Though pre-update gameplay data will be reset, players will still have access to the Regalite they acquired prior to the suspension of service.
In order to transfer acquired Regalite to the game after the renewal update, players must have access to the KING'S KNIGHT application installed on their devices prior to the update, so we urge players not to delete the currently installed app.
