About the payment process malfunction (Nov. 1)
About the bug that is causing the settlement process to not work correctly(Nov. 1)

Due to damages on the App Store and Google Play servers right now, we are noticing cases where the settlement process is not working correctly when Golden Orbs (GO) are being purchased.
We are currently investigating this issue and will follow up with further notices once the problem is figured out.
