Improper Access to Gameplay in Rare Materials Digs and/or Gold Rush Events

First of all, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for playing Spelunker World.

We would like to inform everyone that we have concluded our investigation on users who have exploited a bug found in the Rare Materials Dig and Gold Rush stages to improperly access gameplay without spending Rare Materials Keys or Gold Rush Keys. The following measure will be taken against accounts that have abused this bug.

[Penalized Users]
- Users who repeatedly played the Rare Materials Dig and Gold Rush stages using an abnormal method over a certain number of times without spending Rare Materials Keys and Gold Rush Keys between 00:00 on September 15th, 2017 to 20:19 on October 10th, 2017.

- Users who deliberately joined the recruiting room multiple times.

Temporary account suspension.

[Temporary Account Suspension Details]
If an account is suspended, during the period of suspension and before the title screen is displayed, a notice saying, "Your account is suspended for violation of the Terms of Use. Please contact Square Enix Support for any questions." will be shown, and the affected account will not be able to access and play Spelunker World. Suspensions on affected accounts will not be lifted for any reason during the period of suspension.

As compensation for the bug, users who log in to the game between today, November 7th (Tue) 19:00 PST to November 14th (Tue) 18:59 PST will receive the following items:
