We have confirmed the existence of an issue preventing successful Tower exploration. This issue may cause Tower exploring chocobos to be unable to return to their farms, and may also prevent players from being able to observe affected chocobos as they explore.
The issue is currently being addressed, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

As a token of appreciation, we have sent all the users who were affected by this issue 200 gil for each chocobo they own.
