Missing DLC/PSN Theme

For customers that have pre-ordered the Day-One Digital Edition of STAR OCEAN: Integrity and Faithlessness via the PSN Store, we would like you to try the following suggestions:

1. For the STAR OCEAN: Integrity and Faithlessness DLC/Add-Ons
- Navigate to your PSN Library and check that you have downloaded any available Additional Content under the "Related Items" for STAR OCEAN.
- If any additional content is available to download, please do so by simply clicking on the "Download" button next to the item you wish to install.
- If the additional content has already been INSTALLED, please navigate to your PS4's [SETTINGS] menu, select [PSN/Account Management], then select [RESTORE LICENSES]

2. For the STAR OCEAN: Integrity and Faithlessness Dynamic Theme [PSN Exclusive]
- Navigate to your PS4 [SETTINGS] menu, select [THEMES], and make sure that the STAR OCEAN Dynamic Theme has been INSTALLED to your PS4's HDD.

If the suggestions provided above do not resolve the issue, please contact the retailer who sold it to you to request an exchange and/or refund.

If the game was purchased via the PSN Store, please contact Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) for further assistance regarding your PSN Purchase.
