I have lost access to my account or save

If you switch or reset devices without sharing the save or signing into Google, Apple, or Steam you may lose access to the account. To recover the account please ensure you have the following information. 

1) Player Name and Player ID 
2) Purchase information for any purchases you have made 
3) Account details regarding player level, max stamina, Gil, Magicite, ability cards, job cards, faries/sprites/companions, ect. 

Please note that Player Name, Player ID, and complete purchase information are required to recover an account. If you are missing any of these items we will be unable to complete recovery of the account. We would strongly advise gathering as much information as possible before contacting us.
