I haven't received my Johnny Cactuar and Crimson Armor after I have entered my code.
The "Johnny Cactuar" and "Crimson Armor" will not be available immediately in-game. After you have redeemed your special DLC code in the PlayStation Network, you will need to advance to the Coliseum section in WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY.
The Coliseum is not available at the very beginning of the game. Progress through the main story and eventually you will meet a Tonberry when you return to Nine Wood Hills. It will introduce the Coliseum via a cut-scene before you're able to explore it freely. You can either use the Gate at Nine Wood Hills to travel to the Coliseum or speak with the Tonberry inside Nine Wood Hills.
Once you are able to freely explore the Coliseum in WORLD OF FINAL FANTASY, the special DLC bonus Mirages will be located in your Mirage Board on the Main Menu.
