I deleted the app by mistake. Can I re-download it?
The app can be re-downloaded through the following methods:
iOS:
App Store > search the app > download

Android:
Apps you have previously purchased and downloaded can be downloaded again free of charge from "My Apps."
*After re-downloading and starting the app, please enter your character name and authentication code to recover your game data and resume playing.
