The app occasionally crashes. What should I do?
Running more than one app on certain devices and exceeding the amount of available memory may cause apps to close automatically. Since this may result in the loss of progress and force you to restart from the last manual save, we advise closing any apps in the background not currently in use.
Note issues with the loss of BGM or slowdown may also occur for the same reasons.
