I get an error message while downloading / playing / launching Drakerider.
The "Data Check" option above the "Start" option will perform a review of the app and check for broken or missing files.
*Please note that this process may take up to 5 minutes.
If a file needs to be repaired or is missing, the app will automatically download the necessary data to complete the process.
*Normally, deleting the app and re-downloading it will erase the save data. However, using the feature above will allow you to fix game files without losing your save data.
In addition, please consult the possible solutions below if your download fails, then try to re-download the game data:
- If you have a weak connection this may interrupt your download, so please check your device’s connectivity status.
- Please confirm that you have enough available memory on your device.
- Try turning off your device, waiting a few minutes and turning it back on again.
- If you have multiple apps running simultaneously, please quit all of them.
- If your wallpaper's file size is large, please remove it. If you have a live wallpaper set as your device's wallpaper, please replace it with a normal one.
- You may be unable to download the game data normally if you have too much data already stored on your device. Try deleting unnecessary files such as apps, images, and sound files.
- Please ensure that your OS version is up to date.
